Feria, a Montevideo market, Uruguay

8

After 24 hours of flying (including a bad detour made by me and Scotty) we finally arrived at our hotel today, must’ve been around two-thirty local time. We had just enough time to drop our luggage and head out to catch the end of a weekly market a few blocks away.  I could have walked around for hours shooting, there was just so much going on.  When the vendors started packing up we had lunch at a little corner cafe then came back to the hotel for a much needed shower and power nap.  Tonight we head over to the ACU House for a late night bar-b-que and to meet some of the students we’ll be filming and photographing over the next nine days. It should be a lot of fun and a good time to put up my feet and relax a little, but you know me, I’ll be shooting too! Check out Scotty’s blog for some more excelente writings on our adventures here!

  3. Love the look of the new blog…the muted colors really make the pictures pop! As always, love the b&w’s. The one with the old pics is my favorite.

  4. Hey! Looks great! Very nice and clean. Maybe you can help me with mine. It’s just a default template for blogspot. I’m not too savvy with this stuff yet. Take care of you. I’m so happy you’re traveling!
